Features:
1 Computerized foil control system with 2 pulls to precisely control the foil length as desired.
2 20 zones heating unit with precise temperature controller. Heating zones temperature can be set individually.
3 Automatic impression on/off system, with tonnage searching program pre-set at low tonnage to avoid damaging die or machine.
4 High strength alloy gripper bar to ensure stability athigh speed.
5 Wide range of stock from light paper to b-flute.
6 Push and pull 2 in 1 side guide device to handle different stocks.
7 Both feeder and delivery unit standard with non-stop device to ensure continue production.
8 Touch screen monitor with computerized self-diagnostic system is easy to operate and helpful for troubleshooting on each section.
9 Cutting pressure is adjustable according to the stocks, easy operation.
